Stillbite is a personal meal journal. Your privacy is fundamental to how the app is designed — your data lives on your device and is never sent to our servers.

Data stored on your device

All information you enter into Stillbite is stored locally on your device using the device's built-in database. This includes:

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it (e.g. as a PDF) and choose to share it yourself.

Data we do not collect

Subscriptions

Stillbite Plus subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. If you subscribe, Apple handles all payment information. We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status — RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your subscription status, but not your personal information or any content from the app. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Photos and camera access

When you log a meal, the app may request access to your camera or photo library. Photos you select are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload photos anywhere.

Data deletion

You can delete any meal, entry, or all app data at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.

Children

Stillbite is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
